What is your refund policy?

All Sales Are Final. No refunds or exchanges.

Most of our products are not massed produced, some are hand-made and offered in limited quantities; therefore, we do not give refunds or exchanges at this time.

Please double check sizes, colors and quantities at checkout to be sure everything is correct. Orders can not be changed or canceled once order is processed.

Use size charts if provided and/or measurements given when applicable. Always size up when in between sizes or unsure of how much fabric may shrink after washing.

What if my order is incorrect?

If an order is incorrect because of an error we made only, we will gladly correct it. Please email us with order number, name, and reason within 7 days of delivery to info@lucidcats.com

Please keep in mind that colors, shapes and sizes may vary due to differences in display screens and manufacturing methods. We can not guarantee colors will look exactly the same in person or that 2 of the same items will be an exact match.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped from Florida within 10-12 business days of being placed. Once orders are shipped by us, the actual delivery times will vary depending on which option you selected for shipping. This can not be changed after order placed and we can not assist with any shipping delays; therefore, you will need to contact USPS with the tracking number associated with the order for any issues. We do not offer expedited/express shipping at this time; however, we do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. All orders include tracking.

We do not ship outside the USA or APO/FPO/DPO at this time.

Our business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays.

What if my package or item is damaged or missing?

Lost, stolen and damaged packages from shipping need to be handled through USPS, who is the shipping provider, as we are not responsible once order is shipped. All orders include tracking and insurance. Please take photos and keep all packaging until you resolve issue with USPS.

If you believe an item was damaged prior to shipping, please take photos and email them along with order number, name, and reason within 7 days of delivery to info@lucidcats.com

Packages that are undeliverable or returned to sender due to incorrect address given will be charged full shipping price again to reship. Please make sure the shipping address is the correct one during checkout.

Made to order items

We have various made to order products available, that are identified as such, within item description. These items are printed and shipped individually by an outside business. Due to this, we do not offer combined shipping on these nor can we guarantee shipping time. Most items do ship within 2 weeks time.

These items are not refundable due to it being made to order and comes from another business. If there is any issues, please contact us via email and we will try to assist you as best we can.
